Mediation is a voluntary process in which parties to an imminent dispute or an existing one meet with presence of a neutral third party, the Mediator, to discuss their issues, concerns, imminent or existing conflict and progress towards its settlement. Mediation is an alternative to a formal legal proceeding, it is confidential, and results in a written agreement, which the parties have designed to meet their needs.

Course duration is 60 academic hours. It is an interactive course and includes lectures, exercises and simulations which enable the participants to experience the mediation process. It provides the participants theory, and practical tools for the future mediator.

The course is recognized by the Gadot Committee, Ministry of Justice.

We deliver mediation courses to service systems such as: Hospitals, Health providers, large Clinics, Police, IDF, Rabies and their wives, Cities and Municipalities.
