The “Program for Young Negotiators” was developed by Jared R. Curhan at Harvard University and was very successful in many school systems in the USA.  The program is designed to train students in negotiation at the junior high school levels, in the Jewish and Arab schools in Israel and aimed at developing skills for resolving conflict – including those of ethnic, religious and cultural origin- in a non- violent way to strengthen tolerance among school students.

The program was adapted to the local culture of the two ethnic communities, and published in Hebrew and Arabic.
