Every organization has inherent conflicts within it, between teams, departments, groups, management and workers committee etc. These conflicts create noise and disrupt the organizational functioning of those involved. This workshop is designed for teams or groups in conflict within the organization.

Our experts work with organization to explore the roots of the existing conflict and the steps to be taken toward resolution. We provide the parties with the ability to understand their perspectives, interests and emotions concerning the situation while helping them to design a strategy to resolve the conflict. Participants will learn tools and skills that may help them develop their own solution. Conflict resolution consultation can be used in almost any dispute within the organization, and can help the participant move toward a solution which will enable the organization to be more effective.

The length of the workshop will be at least 2 days and sometimes more, depending on the process of the dialogue, and the extent of the conflict.
