The Israel Center for Negotiation and Conflict Management (ICN) was established and managed by Yona Shamir in 1995 at the Samuel Neaman Institute, Technion, Haifa.

In January 2000 the center became an independent organization, and changed its name to The Israel Center for Negotiation and Mediation (ICNM).  The Center excels in training and consulting in negotiation, mediation and conflict management. It is widely recognized as the senior organization dealing with these topics in Israel.
